Joy Hunt’s vision was to assist the Church of Christ/Christian churches in the State of Ohio, who being committed to the principles and concepts of the Restoration Movement in their efforts to spread the Gospel, by providing low interest rate loans to build places of worship.

Numerous Ohio churches have been blessed by Joy’s act of remembrance. The original $290,500 in assets has grown to produce over eight million dollars of loans. Over the years, the Court has permitted trustees to expand the specific nature of loans with all purposes complementing Joy’s original intent.
